Beautiful home in the heart of Downtown West Dearborn. Perfectly situated walking distance between West Dearborn's trendy restaurant and nightlife scene and the Ford campus, this quiet home has been recently renovated and is full of custom carpentry and rich furnishings. Ideal for individuals and couples traveling for business, school, or leisure looking for a quiet place to stay. The space made available by this listing is the entire second floor of the home which includes a private bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom and private office area. Guests are welcome to use the dining room and kitchen as well. WiFi is provided throughout the home and guests can use the refrigerator to keep their drinks/food in during their stay. Ample parking is available on Hamilton street only a few steps away from the main entrance. If you desire to park in the driveway, it can be made available to you for an additional charge. Please request in advance. Guests have private access to the entire second floor of the home but are welcome to use the dining room and kitchen as well. Guests are free to come and go as they please. I'm a highly active person and tend to be in and out of the house. I try to greet all guests upon arrival when possible and will always be available via text message or phone during your stay. It is possible I may be traveling during your stay. In cases where I am not around, my cohost will be there to host you and stays in the home. This home is walking distance to all of Downtown West Dearborn nightlife and restaurants. A mile away in the opposite direction is Ford's massive Product Development campus. Also within a couple of miles are Greenfield Village, Henry Ford Musem, Beaumont Hospital, University of Michigan Dearborn and Henry Ford College. The train station connecting Detroit and Chicago is only a few miles away. Downtown Detroit is just down the road and guests can easily and affordably Uber to and from if they prefer not to drive. Dearborn is full of wonderful restaurants to eat at and new ones are popping up all the time. The dining options are extremely abundant and diverse but the specialty around here is delicious Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food. Car, Uber, Lyft, Walk, Bike. Guests with vehicles should park them on Hamilton Street just outside the front of the home. It's free and safe :) Street parking is unavailable Friday morning until 3pm. Please use the driveway during this time if you need a place to park your vehicle. The home is very peaceful and in a very safe area. Guests can feel comfortable walking around the city or going for runs / bike rides.
