The house comprises two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a fridge and a top-stove (no oven), a full bathroom with a shower and a WC. Towels and bed linen are provided. The accommodation is non-smoking. The property also provides accommodation with complementary WiFi and free private parking. The house is in just a 10-minute walking distance from the village center, where you'll find convenient minimarkets offering food, groceries, basic clothing, and more. Other things to note The house is conveniently located near several hiking trails and notable tourist attractions. These include the ruins of the 12th-century Forty Infants Monastery, only 300 meters away, the 13th-century Bardzrakash St. Gregory Monastery, just 2 km away, and the house-museum of the renowned Armenian writer Hovhannes Tumanyan. Additionally, the famous Transcaucasian hiking trail is a mere 5km from the house.
