Enjoy $50 to our restaurant and cocktail bar downstairs! This is one of 7 rooms in the historic boutique hotel. Built in 1908, the room has unique character. Room 7 is our only room offering a clawfoot bathtub (NO SHOWER). This stay will bring you back in time while still having a clean and thoughtful design to the room. The space Room 7 is located on the 3rd flood up two small flights of stairs. Our restaurant, 315 Cuisine, offers an amazing lounge, dining room, private dining room, two fireplaces and a full cocktail bar. This is located on the main floor and is open Tuesday through Sunday. (4-9pm Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sun and 4-10pm Fri & Sat). NOTE: For guests staying on Monday, there will be NO food amenities at the restaurant. You will still receive a $50 gift card for your booking in hopes you remember to come see us again for an incredible culinary experience! Thank you for understanding. NOTE: Due to the restaurant and the nature of the old building you with hear some noise. If you are sensitive to that you may want to look for other accommodations. NOTE: There is NOT a Shower in this room. NOTE: This is a self check in hotel and we do not have employees on property at all times. We are very well located 4 blocks away from the main drag (Sherman Ave) and 5 blocks away from the shore of the lake. Easy walk to both. We are located in a nice quiet part of downtown.
