You’ll have the entire house to yourself, complete with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay! The space Aristotle House is the perfect location for both business and leisure trips in the North East. Sleeping four guests across two cosy bedrooms. The house has everything you need for a great stay. The living space is equipped with a comfy sofa and smart flat-screen TV that makes for the perfect space to fall back on for a quiet evening, after a busy day out and about in the area. You can log in to your favourite streaming apps and enjoy your favourite series. Patio doors lead out onto the sun-filled garden for you to enjoy the outdoor space. The large modern white kitchen area has plenty of space for cooking your home-cooked meals. The kitchen has all integrated appliances and all kitchen utensils & crockery you should need for a great self-catered stay. Both bedrooms come with two roomy double beds. Both bedrooms come with ample storage for your belongings. All our beds come with premium cotton linen and plush bedding to ensure all guests have a good night's sleep. The contemporary bathroom is home to a bath with a large overhead shower, basin & WC. Our home is inclusive of free WiFi throughout your stay. There is free private driveway parking to the front of the property & an allocated parking space to the rear. As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We also supply toilet rolls. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby. Aristotle House is a great location for access to the whole of the North East. The house is located just an 8-minute walk to North Tees Hospital and a 6-minute drive to the Nuffield Hospital. Stockton town centre & Norton high street are both accessible within a 5-minute drive. The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A19 & A66 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions, proximity to Teesside & Newcastle airport and the North Easts luxury wedding venues. The prestigious Wynyard Hall & Wynyard Golf Club is practically on your doorstep and Wynyard Woodland Walkway for a picturesque country sidewalk. If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we do have several properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party.
