You will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Our” old House” was built in the early 1900’s with Hardwood floors, high ceilings, beautiful mantles. It’s a perfect space for small gatherings like, wedding/baby showers, meetings etc. The house is 4,000 sqf, has three bedrooms, 2 & 1/2 baths, fully stocked kitchen, den , living room ,sun room, dining room, laundry area, free parking, large yard. This is a non- smoking, no pets, home. There is a two night minimum stay at this property. The space The side entrance is flat walk in, no steps. there are two steps at the front entrance. two bedrooms upstairs, one queen bed in one room and a queen and single bed in the other. downstairs on-suite with queen bed. den with tv, games, toys and books, upstairs. living room and sun room downstairs with the same. kitchenette upstairs, fully equipped kitchen and dining room downstairs. full bath upstairs, full and 1/2 bath downstairs. Guest access there is a separate apartment in the back of the house listed on airbnb as Apartment on Jefferson, it has its own entrance. the main house has electronic locks. the code is sent the day before your arrival Other things to note the house is located in a community, it is walking distance to our downtown shops and restaurants. one block from the police station and three blocks from a railroad track. the train whistle does blow around 4:00 each day, you will hear it if you are outside. The church bells from the church two blocks up ring at noon and around 6:00 each day. There is a one bedroom apartment in the back part of the house that is also listed on airbnb. It is not accessible from the main house, it has a separate entrance.
