Loft in Detroit

Spacious second floor corner loft with quick access to entrance , 3 walls of huge Windows & exposed brick. Clean, comfortable, cool and cozy. During the day, there is potential for noise due to the business below us. 5 minute drive to downtown. Building is across from water park & a quick walk to Belle Isle and the Detroit River. The space 1 Full - 10" Memory foam bed 4 Twin folding beds 1 Twin Mattress 2 Air mattresses Clean Towels, bed sheets, wash cloths, blankets and other linen are provided for you throughout your stay. We also have a dart board & foosball table to help kill some time. 120" projection screen 50" TV with Roku 40” TV in bedroom with Roku Guest access You get access to the whole loft. Free parking on the street along side of the building. The only thing you will not have access to, a closet with my clothing and personal belongings that is locked. Other things to note Early check-in with advanced notice if available. Please note that the walls in the unit are thin and you are sometimes able to hear the neighbors next door, upstairs and down stairs. They will also be able to hear you. This is why we ask that you please respect our neighbors and their home as well. Also note that there is a bird living in the bathroom vent. We are ok with this, he helps with pest control and he also pays rent 😂. There may be some noises but it's around sunrise and sunset times.
