The location allows you to easily walk to restaurants, shops and main points of the village. It is a comfortable and private space, designed to enjoy the coast with good ventilation and stable internet connection. Guest access To get to the apartment you have to go up about 3 flights of stairs. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility or for those who have difficulty climbing stairs. The entrance is independent through a lockbox with a key, which allows flexibility in arrival times. Parking is available on the property, useful for both cars and scooters (street parking is limited and regulated in the village). Other things to note The property is in a tropical and natural setting. As in any beach and jungle area, local fauna may occasionally appear. We periodically fumigate and keep the space clean, but the environment is open and natural. There is no municipal garbage collection service in the village, so we appreciate separating waste and collaborating to keep the environment clean. The access street is unpaved. In the rainy season, there may be irregular conditions, cars may need to be left in a safe parking lot below the house, at no additional cost.
