Leave the business of the city and reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape to an 80-acre horse ranch just outside the city at an elevation of 6476. 5 minutes to Safeway and Walmart. The space 80 acres of peacefullness! Horses, Llamas, Alpacas and goats free rein the property. Private outdoor space with propane firepit, bbq grill, outdoor living room and sun sails....Everything you need for your home away from home! Guest access Please provide an ETA and then a quick text once your passing Safeway. Marni and/or Frank will meet you and any additional registered guests at the Candyland Camper to welcome you and go over a few of the functions of the CCamper. She will be unlocked for you, and nobody will bother your site while you are a registered guest at Houses High Treesort. There may be guests at Treehouse Magic. There is a tenant at the main house and Marni and Frank live onsite in the barndominium. Other things to note There is limited wifi...not great. We have a DVD player hooked up with theatre speakers and some DVDs for some entertainment. Guests are free to walk the property (please stay away from the front house that is rented and Candyland Camper, if rented) mingle with the goats, horses, llamas and alpacas. Take note that there is a tenant in the main house and most likely a guest at Treehouse Magic. Hosts live in the Barndominium on the property. Dogs are allowed (up to 2) $40/night additional will be charged. The Candyland Camper and Treehouse Magic are on a private residence ranch. Hosts ask that only registered guests be onsite.
