The barn next door

We will be happy to host you "next door", for a stay in the countryside, surrounded by our animals, in a quiet area, in a small hamlet. This old, newly renovated barn is ideally located, about 1 hour from Paris, between the two A19 and A6 highway exits and 15 minutes from Sens train station. Come and enjoy a breath of fresh air in the heart of nature with all the comforts for a perfect stay. The space 93m2 accommodation composed of two bedrooms with double beds, and two umbrella beds with mattresses if needed. Separate Toilets. Bathroom with walk-in shower, towel dryer and sink. Large living room with open plan living room kitchen. Tassimo coffee maker. Sofa with box spring and mattress. Large bay window bringing brightness and overlooking a beautiful 27m2 terrace, surrounded by lawn. The grounds enjoy a pretty grassy surface, fully fenced separating the accommodation from the grounds of our dwelling. You can enjoy our little goat Noisette and his ewe girlfriend Viennetta, as well as our chickens, at the foot of the terrace, without direct contact. Guest access The "next door" barn has a private gate equipped with a code lock and a courtyard where you can leave your vehicles. As we live nearby, the keys will be handed over in person or by key box system if we are absent. Other things to note We are located 3 km from the center of Egriselles le Bocage, in which you will find: a bakery / convenience store, a tobacconist / press, a hairdresser, a beautician, a pizzeria, an inn, a pharmacy, a medical pole (nurse, osteopath, physio), a petanque court and a beer bar. In Sens, there is a shopping area (16 km) with Hyper U and its gallery, Decathlon, Kiabi, Gifi, etc. as well as bars, restaurants and cinema. You can also enjoy its city center (19 km) with its pedestrian street, covered market, museum and cathedral, the first Gothic cathedral dating back to the 12th century. The city of Sens also has a nautical center (14 kms) with outdoor amenities open in summer season. Other sports activities are possible in the surrounding area such as horseback rides at the stud farm of Brisac in Egriselles le Bocage (3kms), a golf course in Lixy (16 km), but also beautiful walks or bike rides in our pretty countryside.
