The barn next door

We will be happy to host you "next door", for a stay in the countryside, surrounded by our animals, in a quiet area, in a small hamlet. This old, newly renovated barn is ideally located, about 1 hour from Paris, between the two A19 and A6 highway exits and 15 minutes from Sens train station. Come and enjoy a breath of fresh air in the heart of nature with all the comforts for a perfect stay. The space 93 m2 accommodation consisting of two bedrooms with double beds, and provision of two cots with mattresses if necessary. Separate toilet. Bathroom with walk-in shower, towel dryer and sink. Large living room with kitchen open to the living room. Tassimo coffee maker. Convertible sofa with bed base and mattress. Large bay window providing brightness and overlooking a beautiful 27 m2 terrace, surrounded by grass. The land enjoys a nice grassy surface, fully fenced separating the accommodation from the land of our home. You can enjoy our little goat Noisette and her friend the sheep Viennetta, as well as our chickens, at the foot of the terrace, without direct contact. Guest access The "next door" barn has a private gate equipped with a code lock and a courtyard where you can leave your vehicles. As we live nearby, the keys will be handed over in person or by key box system if we are absent. Other things to note We are located 3 km from the center of Egriselles le Bocage, in which you find: a bakery/mini-market, a tobacco/press shop, a hairdresser, a beautician, a pizzeria, an inn, a pharmacy, a medical center (nurse, osteopath, physiotherapist), a petanque court and a beer bar. In Sens, there is a shopping area (16 km) with Hyper U and its gallery, decathlon, kiabi, gifi, etc. as well as bars, restaurants and cinema. You can also enjoy its city center (19 km) with its pedestrian street, its covered market, its museum and its cathedral, the first Gothic cathedral dating from the 12th century. The city of Sens also has a nautical center (14 km) with outdoor facilities open in summer season. Other sports activities are possible in the surroundings such as horseback riding at the Brisac stud farm in Egriselles-le-Bocage (3 km), a golf course in Lixy (16 km), but also beautiful walks on foot or by bike in our pretty countryside.
