Parking available at a fee but special rate for my guest The space This idyllic 1-bedroom is a fully furnished unit with all the necessary items to make your stay memorable. It boasts a strategic location as it is facing the lounge pool located at the ground floor of the property's newest building. Less hassle in taking much of elevator rides. You have board/card games to enjoy quality moments with your loved ones. Equipped with WI-FI, Netflix and adjustable TV. Toilet has a water heater, touchless garbage can, bidet with basic toiletries such as towels and tissue. It has a pristine kitchen supplied with basic utensils and appliances for cooking and heating as well as a UV drainer. Provides a complimentary parking (upon booking, please advise ahead of time to secure availability). Coffee shop is near the lobby should you opt to order food and beverage. There is also a convenience at Basement 1 open until 9pm. Beside it is a laundromat. The property is a modern resort-inspired condo with 3 pools (lounge, lap and kiddie), wide playground and basketball court. Unit features: a reliable WI-FI, TV with Netflix, aircon, double bed with single pull out, extra mattress, refrigerator, bluetooth speakers, electric fan, lamp, sofa, dining table for 3, single induction cooker, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, steam iron, LED bathroom mirror, hair dryer, water heater, bidet, touch less garbage can, dish UV drainer and basic dining/kitchen utensils. Should you need a parking space, special fee applies located at the building’s basement near lift. Guest access Can access pool at a fee (Php200/head/day) from Mondays to Fridays only. Thursday is usually dedicated for pool cleaning. Weekends and holidays are open for unit owners/residents and long-term tenants per property management ruling. Playground, basketball court and roof deck are also accessible. Gym use is exclusive for unit owners and tenants. Other things to note Upon your booking confirmation, kindly provide me with an e-copy of 1 valid ID of the primary guest plus all the names with age of the occupants to register you in advance. Please indicate time of check-in. Upon arrival at the property, you need to visit the reception to log in. Key is found in the door key box for easy self check-in. Code will be given prior to check in. For the use of amenities, there are 3 pools but open for guests from Mondays-Fridays only from 6am till 9pm except Thurs (cleaning day). Weekends and holidays are only reserved for long term tenants and residents/unit owners as mandated by property management office. Laundry shop and convenience store present in Basement 1, should you require or need them. If you will be needing a parking, it is usually for a fee 15-20/hr or 300-360 per day but I can offer parking at a lower rate so please inform and reserve upon booking/ ahead of time for your convenience. Please note that extension on the clock-out time, kindly advise ahead of time. It may be permitted depending on the unit’s availability. 200/hour will apply. Hope you will have a wonderful stay.
