We offer our guests a comfortable, spacious and very bright apartment in the center of Vedado, a quiet area surrounded by excellent restaurants, cabaret and cultural centers. With 3 bedrooms, 2 with private balcony. All air-conditioned, with TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe and private bathroom. Large living-dining room, with access to a large L-shaped balcony with a wonderful view. Fully equipped kitchen. 5 min from the boardwalk, 15 min drive from Old Havana and 30 min from the Eastern Beaches. The space The central, quiet place, surrounded by greenery, from where it is very easy to move to any point in the city. It is 100 meters from Calle Linea, and Avenida de los Presidentes, where taxis of all kinds pass, from the state ones, to the characteristic Havana coco taxi. Our apartment is unique because in addition to its central position, the grandeur and comfort of our apartment will give the client the feeling of being at home. Guest access Our guests can enjoy all the common areas of the apartment, the spacious living room - dining room, the kitchen with its breakfast bar and 3 comfortable stools to sit and enjoy a good coffee. They have the use of the laundry patio, with an automatic washing machine if necessary. You can enjoy the magnificent L-shaped balcony overlooking the city, very comfortable and cool. The first 2 rooms, as already mentioned, have an internal private balcony which is for the personal use of that room. Other things to note We give our customers a sheet and towel change service, and cleaning every 3 days, included in the price. We offer breakfast service, only upon request with a supplement, (NOT included in the price)
