The space Villa Amalfi combines contemporary architecture, warm textures, and an elevated location with open views of the Pacific. It is part of La Fortunata Estate, a private complex of only three villas in Ayangue, with a double security filter and security guards. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor as a separate extension of the property, with a deck and a private full bathroom. This third bedroom is only available for reservations of more than 6 guests. For reservations of up to 6 people, the stay includes the two master bedrooms and the third bedroom will remain closed. 🌊 Outdoor spaces One of the great highlights of Villa Amalfi is its private pool with a waterfall and a view of the coastal surroundings. Around you will find the BBQ area, outdoor dining room, living room and spaces to relax without rushing. 🌅 Common areas of La Fortunata Estate In addition to the private spaces of Villa Amalfi, guests can enjoy the common areas of the estate: • Panoramic pool • Sunset viewpoint • Oceanfront fire pit area • Hammock area • Mini beach These areas may be shared with guests from the other villas when they are occupied. The beach and the town of Ayangue are approximately 3 minutes away by car. 🌴 Ayangue Ayangue is a quiet bay on the Spóndylus Route, known for its generally calm waters, seafood restaurants and activities such as snorkeling and boat rides. You can spend the day at the beach and return to Villa Amalfi to enjoy the pool, prepare a BBQ, or simply relax in front of the Pacific. 🐾 Pet friendly Pets are welcome for a one-time fee of $10 per pet for the entire stay. Remember to add them correctly to your reservation. ✨ The Alquileres Top Experience Villa Amalfi is managed by Alquileres Top. We can also help you arrange additional cleaning or cooking services, subject to availability. Guest access Guests will have private access to Villa Amalfi and all the spaces available, depending on the number of people included in the reservation. Before check-in, we will ask for: • ID of each registered guest • License plates of the vehicles that will be entering This information is used solely for registration, security, and access control, in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable regulations. 🌿 Community living Villa Amalfi is located within a quiet residential community. For this reason: • No parties or events allowed • Visitors or people not included in the reservation are not allowed. • No loud activities allowed • The neighbors' and other guests' peace and quiet must be respected. Serious violations of these rules may result in termination of the stay, and if necessary, the national police will be called in to evict guests.
