Farmhouse on Fulton is a duplex located in the heart of the village of Homer, NY. Just a few blocks from the Center 4 the Arts, the village green, school playground, restaurants, bakeries, the library, and a few lovely local shops. Homer is a picturesque village taken right out of a Hallmark movie. Two miles from Cortland and a short drive to Ithaca, Syracuse, easy access to I-81, the Finger Lakes Region, local breweries and wineries, 3 different ski resorts, indoor waterpark, golf courses. The space Our space is made up of 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with a spacious standup shower. The master loft bedroom has a queen size bed and the second room has a twin bed with a trundle, plenty of room for 4. Extra sleeping for two is available on our large couch and smaller couch. Ceiling fans are in both bedrooms as well as the living room. Window a.c. Unit is in the master bedroom, which will cool smaller bedroom down as well. There is a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenette seating, entryway with a small table and a living room with a television to relax in. We also have a washer and dryer available for your use. It is a 5 minute walk to great restaurants, a delicious bakery, sweet village shops and to the Center for the Arts. If you want a charming upstate village experience and not the institutional hotel stay, you will not be disappointed! Guest access Outside: Outside the back door, there is a small space that is available to play if you have kids. The side yard is a nice option as it has some nice space near the back tree. This space is also great for any young kids to play and get some energy out. The direct back is our tenant's space, please be respectful. If you are traveling with children, you are welcome to use the side lawn to play. Parking: The driveway is to the left of the house. The entire driveway is for you to use. Please note that there is no overnight on street in the Village from November - April due to possible snow removal. The driveway can fit 3 vehicles. Please plan accordingly. Other things to note Farmhouse on Fulton is a duplex, with a full time tenant on one side and the Farmhouse on Fulton on the other. Please note this house was built in 1837 and the stairs are a bit steep and the space may not be suitable for people traveling with young children. A child gate will be provided but the master bedroom is a loft space.
