Coconut studio / Silver Sands Beach

The Coconut studio on the ground floor of House Gatehouse and the Seaview study, which is equal to Coconut, but on the first floor above Coconut, are studios which both have a small, but fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Both are part of the Gatehouse, which is an impressive and unique property containing three different upstairs and downstairs sections. The Coconut Studio on the ground floor facing the ocean has a lovely patio and garden with a hammock in between two coconut. The studio on the first floor, Seaview, has a terrace with a very nice ocean view. Gatehouse is nestled amongst tropical plants and trees, and is the perfect place to hide away and enjoy total relaxation. Beautifully restored antique combined with modern furniture graces the interior of this lovely property creating an atmosphere of style and comfort. All kitchens are fully equipped and other amenities include satellite TV, stereo system, safety deposit box, local cell phone (prepaid) optional ($ US 50 deposit) and complementary wireless internet access. Laundry service is offered by our maids on property at a small cost. Guest access Coconut and Seaview have their own private terrace areas, parking is available on the property and a private gate leads to the beach, which is just a few steps away. Everybody staying at Coconut or Seaview has also access to the common ocean front and tropical garden area of the Inchcape Seaside Villas, with it's lounge chairs, day beds and hammocks. Other things to note Unfortunately no pets, no animals of any kind and also no service animals can be hosted at the Inchcape Seaside Villas. This is due to the fact that the property is a home share property as well as the fact that at the Inchcape Seaside Villas, we have staff members who have animal allergies and who are Asthmatic. Getting there We will gladly provide driving directions on request, but we do recommend to use the personalized airport pick up service we offer to organize for all our guests for not much more than a regular taxi ride would cost. The usage of this service guarantees a smooth and stress free arrival at our property. Please also note that we need the flight info, airline, flight no. and arrival time, from all our guests, to be able to provide for a proper welcome procedure at our property. The cleaning service which comes automatically with Coconut or Seaview is a brief hotel type cleaning service and changing of towels (and sheets on request) every three days. Additional services can be arranged, but always and only on request and depending on availability of a qualified member of our work force. A hotel type cleaning for a fee of $ US 20 per cleaning and a maid / cook service at an extra charge of $ US 50 per day. Additional charges will apply for usage of the ac. $ US 10 p. night for a 8 pm to 8 am usage and for those who want to use it during the day as well the charge will be $ US 20. In the event of an unforeseeable situation to have to relocated a guest, we reserve the right to provide another equal accommodation or a free upgrade to a higher priced accommodation category. We reserve the right to make changes to any bookings under 7 nights where necessary without notice.
