This 4 Bedroom coastal home is perfect for group and family trips. It is located in a beautiful neighbourhood across the road from the Rye Ocean Beach (Just a short 450m walk). The Hot springs are a 5 minute drive as well as Moonah Links and the St Andrews Brewery. The new home has several features including a solar heated pool, outdoor fire pit as well as an indoor fireplace. The house sleeps 8 people comfortably. We look forward to hosting you at our coastal escape! The space The space has been designed to enjoy all seasons catching beautiful light looking out to the sand dunes. The house is architecturally designed and showcases beautiful timber, granite and local limestone. The pool is the the main focus point so naturally the house has been designed to create the perfect entertaining area. The deck wraps around the house where you can follow the sun throughout the day. This house was made with quality and to enjoy. Kick off your shoes and relax! Downstairs includes the kitchen with a butlers panty that includes a double door fridge and freezer. There is a top of the range oven and dishwasher. You can cook away in this well equipped kitchen whilst looking out into the garden or the pool. The dining table is big enough for the whole family or group of friends. In the winter months cosy up with the fire to create the perfect atmosphere accompanied by a glass of wine. Downstairs there is a laundry (with a washer and dryer), bathroom (with a shower and bath) and powder room. and 1 queen bedroom. The kitchen and dining room are also located down stairs making entertaining easy. There is a living room with a tv that has Netflix and other steaming services. Upstairs includes 3 bedrooms one being the master with a walk in robe, ensuite, and balcony. There is also a bathroom and toilet. If you need to work during your stay there is a desk and additional living room that looks out onto the beautiful sand dunes. The beach is literally across the road so enjoy the fresh salt air and the sound of waves crashing. Spend the day at the beach then come home to the pool for a BBQ and enjoy the outdoor fire pit.
