Bright and loved…our home
Description
Limana is a charming village at the foot of the Dolomites. The Alps are nearby, along with access to the wine hills and many historic, vibrant cities of the Veneto region, including Venice. The historic Piave River is close and can be reached through pleasant countryside walks. My flat is spacious and comfortable and, as my second home, is fully equipped. The long balcony is perfect for al fresco dining. Whether you want to relax or enjoy outdoor activities, this is the place. The space My apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. Both rooms have large wardrobes and chests of drawers. Extra towels and bed linen are stored there and in the large chest in the hall. There is 1 bathroom with a bath and shower. The washing machine is located there. The kitchen and sitting room are open plan. This is a large and bright space. There is a fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, gas hob and electric oven. Pots and pans, crockery and cutlery can be found in the kitchen cabinets and in the dresser in the sitting room. The apartment is on the first floor of a 3 floor building and has a long balcony facing the front where clothes can be dried in sunny weather and where one can sit and enjoy some air. The house was built in the 60s and we fully renovated it a few years ago. My brother lives downstairs and I live here when I visit a few times a year. Guest access The whole apartment is available. There is however a locked room (which is used as our storage) which cannot be accessed. Other things to note I would suggest having a car if you wish to visit our many interesting and beautiful areas. Nearest airports are Venice and Treviso. From there there’s a motorway which connects them to us in just over an hour. Parking is available and free at the property. Registration Details IT025029C2PIV5226U
