Relaxation in Pays d'Urfé

Charming 80 m² 6-bed apartment with terrace, swimming pool and jacuzzi (in season). The space Spacious and bright, this accommodation includes a master suite with shower room, private toilet and direct access to the terrace, as well as a one-sided bedroom equipped with two bunk beds, ideal for accommodating up to 4 children (90 x 200 cm beds, low mattress). The living space consists of a comfortable sitting area and a fully equipped open kitchenette. Note: access to the bathroom, toilet and outdoors is only through the master bedroom. Bed and bath linens are provided at no extra cost, and the beds are made upon arrival for a smooth welcome. Beach towels for the pool are not provided. In order to be able to offer an attractive price, no cleaning fee is applied automatically. You are simply asked to keep the accommodation clean and to put away the dishes. If you prefer not to take care of it, a cleaning fee of €40 can be paid on site upon departure. Garden furniture is also not accessible during this same period. About the Jacuzzi - The inflatable jacuzzi is accessible from May 9 to September 15. - It is strictly forbidden for children under 15 years of age for safety and hygiene reasons. Please note that this is not a small hot pool, but a spa designed for moderate use. To preserve its temperature and ensure good water quality: - Limit yourself to 1 or 2 consecutive bubble sessions, - The thermal cover must never remain open for more than 30 minutes in order to allow the Jacuzzi to rise in temperature and filter the water properly. THE JACUZZI WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE ON THE MORNING OF YOUR DEPARTURE SO THAT IT IS CLEAN FOR THE NEXT TENANTS Other things to note Check-ins start at 5pm, I am usually on site to welcome you but self check-in is also possible thanks to a key box. Departures are the next morning BEFORE 10 a.m. Possibility to check in earlier (3 p.m.) OR check out later (12 p.m.) on request for an extra €20. As our accommodation is adjoining, we ask that quiet be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Electric car charging is possible BY RESERVATION + with extra payment on site.
