Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 2-bedroom lighthouse replica in Port Orchard. This is a .5 acre shared property, with everything you need to enjoy your getaway. Just one block from Wye Lake. Spend your days exploring the peninsula or just relax on the quiet serene property. *Lighthouse has spiral staircases leading to each level that may be difficult for some guests to navigate. *Kayaks are available to all guests. $200 deposit required, transportation to lake not provided, use at your own risk The space For your comfort, the first floor has living/dining combo that includes a queen sofa bed, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. The second floor has bedroom with queen bed. The third floor has twin bunkbeds. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cook wear, coffee pot, toaster oven, and microwave. The bathroom has a soaking tub-shower combo. There is a tv with firestick on the first floor, and free wifi available. Board games, cornhole, and badminton are all available. There is a fire pit and barbecue available. And 2 kayaks with life jackets available to use at your own risk, $200 deposit required for use, transportation to lake not provided. The lake is a 2 min drive/10 min walk to public access. (Parking permit required) Guest access Enter using the ramp leading to the 1st floor of the lighthouse. Keybox is hanging on the door. This is a shared property. Guests are welcome to the following areas: -lighthouse -exterior staircase leading to 2nd floor of lighthouse -deck attached to 1st floor -fire pit area (private area) -outdoor seating area near fire pit (private area) -grass area with picnic table (shared area) -Laundry room (shared area; located in building with red door near parking) Other things to note Windows on the 2nd & 3rd floor do not open, please do not try to force them open. There are fans and heaters available on each floor. Water heater is small. Enjoy hot showers, but space them out for best experience.
