Full size kitchen and a living room with sofa bed. Guest access Guest will have access to all spaces on the main level. The beach can be accessed by a few points along Mockingbird Ave., including in front of the cottage. Other things to note There are steps into the house and there are also uneven steps to the beach. More even access to the beach is a short distance down Mockingbird ave. The shore line is protected with large rocks which should not be walked/played on.
