Otherwise, feel free to reach out to us via the Airbnb app, which we monitor closely. Our cleaner is also on-site between 10am and 2pm. We also provide our guests with a dedicated mobile number they can call 24/7 in case of an emergency. Other things to note Please ensure that the main door to the building and the flat door leading to your room are closed behind you. Each of these doors have door closers so you do not need to pull or push once you have entered but please make sure that the door has fully closed once you are in.
