La Pedrada is the ideal place for those who want to spend a few days relaxing, away from the traffic and the city rush, immersed in the greenery of a beautiful nature, suitable for those who love relaxing walks, more challenging routes, climbing and mountain biking. We are a few kilometers from Zoncolan, the most important ski resort in the region as well as the most challenging climb of the Giro d'Italia...the famous Kaiser! The space The house is located in Povolaro, a hamlet of the municipality of Comeglians. It has recently been renovated. It is arranged on two floors plus a basement for a total of about 80 m2 with an outdoor terrace open to the greenery. It has a kitchen, a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor, a laundry room in the basement and an open space on the upper floor with a bathroom (without a shower), a double bed and two single beds as shown in the attached photographs. However, it is possible to rent only the ground floor for a couple, always as the only guests in the house. At your disposal: Gas stove with electric oven; Refrigerator with freezer compartment; Dishwasher; Washing machine; Clothes drying rack; Outdoor table; Dishes for 6 people and pots; Basic foods (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar); Bathroom, bed and kitchen linen; small TV in the living room (national channels RAI and Mediaset); hair dryer; Iron and ironing board; maps and information about the area; list of recommended restaurants and taverns; Parking 50 m away. Guest access The house is the renovation of an old barn. The entrance is private. The surrounding garden is at your disposal. Other things to note The small village of Povolaro, known for the beautiful Palazzo de Gleria (a historic 18th-century residence), is located in the beautiful Carnia region, about 1 km from the center of Comeglians, famous for Lilly's artisanal cream puffs, and 5 km from Ravascletto, where the cable car to the Monte Zoncolan ski resort, made famous by the Giro d'Italia, departs. The village has a wonderful view of Monte Crostis and Monte Talm. Cyclists, bikers, families and small groups are welcome. 1 km away in Comeglians you will find bars, groceries, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, 1 km away in the village of Nomplan you will find the wellness center.
