Rustic Girdwood Condo

This is a Condo that was built in the 70s and is still "Vintage" . This is not a fancy place, but it is clean, quite, and well maintained. It is a great place to crash after a day of adventure in Girdwood. Last winter, the flooring, walls and appliances were all updated hopefully within the next 12 months, the whole thing will be updated!  There are three beds in the single bedroom condo. There is a full over full bunkbed and a queen size bed, all in the same room. The space The condo is located in old town site Girdwood across from the Mercantile within walking distance of most restaurants. The local free shuttle pick up at the bus stop at the Mercantile right across the street super convenient. If you do use the Shuttle, please donate a dollar when you ride it helps fund our free Shuttle. Guest access When you come in the mudroom and access the lockbox you have full access to the condo. On the same level as the condo there is an elevator, coin operated laundry room, and sauna that you can access with the gold key on the keychain.
