Our outdoor sunken seating area faces a 30ft infinity pool for adults and kids alike with a spectacular paddy field view. The space We have 4 en-suite rooms, individual accommodation units to ensure privacy. Published price is based on 12 pax occupancy with existing bedding. Additional charges applies after 12 pax with extra bedding up to maximum of 4 pax for rm80/pax, you will be given our 5 set bedding- floor mattress, linen, blanket, pillow and towel. Heritage fee RM1 per room per night shall be collected by cash on behalf of Langkawi local authority, upon check-in. Receipt will be given. 3. Key & security deposit RM100 cash required upon check-in, will be refunded upon satisfactory condition of our place & return of ALL keys 4. We have a security guard at night guarding the surrounding area whilst ensuring privacy during your stay. Management shall NOT be held responsible for any losses, thefts and damages incurred by guests during their stay. During your stay Should you encounter any problems during your stay, please call our site managers who will be available to help. Other things to note Our place is in a village, quiet and secluded. You will have a paddy field view and depending on the season, you will be greeted by hues of paddy field colors ranging from green, mix of yellow green and golden yellow. We DO NOT ALLOW prior viewing of our guesthouse for security reasons. Appreciate your understanding. Disclaimer: The Management is NOT liable to any injuries, mishaps, loss of property and any damages that happens within the premises. Guests Consent: 1. Guests consent to live with and respect the natural surroundings and living creatures that lives around the property 2. Guests consent to take care of their safety and own belongings throughout their stay 3. Guests consent to take good care of the property and adhere to ALL house rules and ALL pool rules outlined below: HOUSE RULES- MUST READ! 1. Please ensure that our gate is CLOSED at all times and LOCKED at night. Make sure you park your cars inside our gate to ensure their safety. 2. Please leave your shoes OUTSIDE the door step of your suites, you can keep them inside on the shoe rack if it rains and before you hit the sack (means before you fall asleep for the night). 3. Be ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY! Save electricity whenever possible especially the air-conditions and water heaters (please SWITCH-OFF when not in use). We DO NOT provide change of towels during your stay except for long stays more than 5 days. 4. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE in the rooms and our Kawi Cafe. If you really need to, please do so outdoors, far far far far far far far away. 5. NO DRUGS and ILLEGAL activities permitted within our premise. You will be reported to Airbnb and claims will be made accordingly. You will be subject to IMMEDIATE EVICTION if found flouting our house rules. 6. With due respect, NO LIQOURS/ ALCOHOL, NO PORK and NON-HALAL FOOD to be consumed within the premise. Please also AVOID DRINKING and EATING in the bedroom suites (as it may invite pests). 7. Observe our pool rules, PLEASE! Hefty claims via Airbnb will be made if our pool water or pool pump ends up with damages - STRICTLY NO TOYS, NO PARTY POPPERS, NO BUBBLES, NO BALLOONS. Please wear proper POOL ATTIRE when using our pool. 8.QUIET TIME after 11PM please!!! We do NOT want our neighbors to start complaining and ruin your stay and our reputation! Be respectful of our neighbors and local villagers, okey? 9. Please DO NOT fix/ paste anything on our wall, mess with our doodle mural art pieces and move around our furnitures and beds. 10. Always make use the trash bins inside the bedroom suites and the garbage bin in our cafe. Once full, please leave them in our large bin near the gate that will be collected by our gardener. 11. One more very important practice in life – always wash up the used cups, plates, utensils etc. They say this habit will make you get rich very quickly. Thank you for your time and attention. POOL RULES- MUST READ! Please DO NOT leave your kids unattended whilst staying at our premise especially when they use the swimming pool. Constant, vigilant supervision of infants and children are paramount at all times. Our pool is a private pool. There is NO lifeguard on duty. Do’s and Don’t’s: 1. Safety FIRST! - Swim at YOUR OWN RISK. - DO NOT go near the pump and the pump room. - The pool pump is on timer, it will switch on and off on its own. 2. Please wear PROPER POOL ATTIRE. NO cottons especially. 3. Please SHOWER before entering our pool. 4. Do NOT dive! Do NOT run! Do NOT piss, poop, eat or drink in the pool! 5. Play safe and have fun! And NO TOYS, PARTY POPPERS, BUBBLES and BALLOONS in the pool please! ... Do's and Don't's: Safety first! Play safe! Have fun! Do not dive! Do not run!
