Other things to note House Rules: Refundable security deposit of INR 2000 needs to be paid at the time of check-in, which will be refunded to you at the time of check-out after deduction of damages and losses if any. - Loud music will not be allowed in the apartment. You can play music at normal volume. - We request you to not stick any decorations on the walls. - We also request you to not play with Holi colours/fire crackers in the apartment. - Government ID for all guests will need to be shown at the time of check in. - Illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the premises. - We request you to kindly leave doors closed in order to avoid any insects/mosquitoes from ruining your stay. - We request you to kindly inform the caretaker/property manager while checking out. - Damages of any furniture, fixtures, upholstery, linen and towels will result in deduction from the security deposit. We request you to please treat our home like yours. - Extra visitors or guests will be charged Rs. 600 per guest.
