The property has 18 outdoor cameras for guest safety, the house has an electronic gate which must be returned to the person in charge in perfect condition at the time of check-out. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suites and 1 bedroom with a hot tub, Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, minibar in all rooms, closets to accommodate belongings and chromotherapy in all rooms and bathrooms, has 5 bathrooms with electric showers and solar heating for the comfort of our guests. It has a complete outdoor leisure area with an infinity pool with a Jacuzzi, an outdoor table with umbrellas and sun loungers for sunbathing. Complete barbecue with pizza oven. Full dining room with 10 seats with sets of dishes and crystal glasses. 4 living rooms with Smart TV access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, all rooms with complete sound system. Two individual benches with 4 stools each, for small meals. The house also has 2 complete kitchens equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator and various kitchen utensils. It has a beautiful lake, overlooking the mountains and a private forest with several hammocks installed among the trees. Beach tennis court in the final stages of construction.
