charming studio – close to Montmartre & Metro

Nice Parisian studio on courtyard, on the 4th floor (no elevator). Ideal for solo or duo travelers, autonomous and respectful. Summer 2025 availability The studio is available for 3 separate stays: – July 22–27 (5 nights) – from July 28 to August 6 (9 nights, departure in the morning) – from August 15 to 20 (5 nights, departure in the morning) Main accommodation, quiet, well-equipped and functional. I rent it out when I go on vacation. Simple, local and convenient atmosphere to enjoy Paris ☀️ The space The studio is bright, quiet and carefully decorated. It includes an ultra comfortable double bed (140 cm) (50 kg/m³ mattress on slatted bed base). This is a sofa bed with new bedding, purchased at the end of June 2025. The bed is already ready on arrival and remains unfolded throughout the stay for added comfort. Small well-equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, kettle). Bathroom with bathtub (usable in shower only) and washing machine. A table with two chairs is installed near the window for dining or teleworking. Powerful fan available in summer, fast wifi, bed linen and towels provided. A connected TV is available, with Freebox (access to French channels) and integrated Chromecast. You can easily stream your content from your phone or computer (Netflix, YouTube, etc.). The apartment overlooks the courtyard: you can sleep well, even in the middle of Paris. The parquet is old and can crack slightly, as in many Parisian buildings. Guest access Check-in is done independently with a lockbox. I'll send you all the information before you arrive. Other things to note The apartment is located in a lively and pleasant area, with plenty of food shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Montmartre and Batignolles are within walking distance or a few minutes by metro. The nearest metro station is a 2-minute walk away and takes you to the Champs-Elysées in a few stops.
