Located in a town at the gates of Paris, in a quiet and residential area, the apartment is bathed in sunlight and enjoys a full south exposure. Easy access by bus and metro. A 10-minute walk, a train accesses Paris in 7 minutes and 15 minutes to Versailles. Many stores, bakeries, restaurants and markets are available within walking distance. There is a very nice park, as well as a stadium and a municipal swimming pool 200 meters away. The space Being an architect, artist and designer, I chose to decorate my apartment with some pieces of art and design, from artists and travel souvenirs. You can see the library, which mainly includes works of art, design and architecture, as well as cookbooks from around the world. No pets allowed. LIVING ROOM The living room offers a large space bathed in sunlight all day thanks to a full southern exposure. It includes a living room with a flat-screen TV and a French brand PR/01 speaker "La boîte concept", with a 200W connected sound system. The living room can accommodate an extra bed for 2 people in the event that the reservation is for 3 or 4 people. Please note, the apartment is for a maximum of 4 people only. If additional, undeclared people beyond your reservation are with you, a fine will be levied and penalties applied. The apartment has a balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard, between the gardens of the neighboring houses. A table and bench will allow you to enjoy meals or an aperitif outdoors. The apartment has air conditioning, which allows you to cool the entire living room and kitchen, as well as the bedroom by leaving the door open. Please do not leave the air conditioning on when you are not in the apartment. It is regularly serviced and cools the rooms in minutes quickly. KITCHEN The kitchen is quite large, open to the living space. It includes a dining area, a large fridge, a microwave, a new induction hob with a hood above. Guests can use a kettle, toaster, NESPRESSO DELONGHI LATTISSIMA coffee maker, filter coffee maker, SODASTREAM with glass bottle. There is also a small dishwasher in the cupboard next to the dining table. Breakfast or a snack will be offered in the fridge, depending on the time of your arrival. BEDROOM The bedroom includes a 200 x 140 cm bed with a good quality mattress. Linens and mattress protection are provided and new. Shelves and a dressing room are available in a built-in wardrobe on the left facing the bed. Bathroom The bathroom is very large. It includes a large bathtub with shower, toilet and a sink with a storage drawer under the sink. There is a washing machine/dryer to be used under conditions. Bath and hand towels are available to you. Upon checkout, please leave the linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) in the washing machine. Guest access Living in the apartment year-round, some cupboards will be locked. Please do not force them open.
