Spare room in shared modern flat

Spare room available throughout July and August. You'll be sharing the flat with a young family who speak English and Spanish. The room is usually a home office, and we can set it up with a single bed and desk, twin beds or a king sized bed. The area is very central: right between downtown and the historic albaicín. The flat is quite modern, full of plants, and has a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, and AC in both the bedroom and lounge.
