Pets are allowed only outside the house $20 extra fee per pet. The house is for 14 people. Any extra person will have a $40 dlls fee per stay. There one a person living in the property but he has his own entrance and no access to the house. He won’t bother the guest or be around the house. He shouldn’t be a problem. The space In this property you can hold any type of event. The capacity of the house's terrace is up to 140 people. Concerts, baby showers, baptisms, weddings, any type of party are allowed.
