Guests have private entry to this space through the back garden wonderful views. Trees surround a small patio adjacent to the entrance, offering a shady yet vibrant scene for a morning coffee or an ice-cold beverage after exploring the local hot-spots. Perfect for a single person here on a short vacation, or on an extended stay for work or travel. The space This property sits on a verdant third-acre lot in a lush natural wildlife corridor. In the back of the home sits a private garden and picnic area, warmly lit by string lights around grapevine-tangled pergola, perfect for relaxing between jaunts on the town. The private suite is newly furnished and remodeled, comfortable, and fresh. This is a multi-level home with with 3 sets of stairs. The host occupies the top floor. The house sits a quarter-mile from downtown Jacksonville, providing a short 5 minute walk to the best local bars and restaurants. The Brit Festival is only a 10 minute walk out the door. A 15-20 minute drive will land you in some of the most amazing wineries and river spots. Visit nearby geological marvels like Table Rock for a hike, or the windy Rogue River for an afternoon of rafting. Guest access Guests will have private access to the suite. Everything one might need for a comfortable short or extended stay will be included (bed, bathroom, kitchenette, entertainment, WiFi). The room is separated from the main house by a sliding barn door, beyond which lies the hosts basement storage and laundry facilities. Other things to note This house is also home to a cat and a dog. Both are friendly and like to roam the premises. Oliver The cat will mostly keep to himself. Dexter is very well behaved and sweet.
