Welcome to The Shoreline. This Classic New England Lakehouse is located on Lake Monomonac, minutes away from amenities but tucked away in small town America. This property is the ideal getaway for a relaxing peaceful vacation. The kitchen and living areas are comfortable and clean, but the real star is the lake itself—perfect for boating, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Enjoy the 180 degree water views and over 600 ft of beautiful shoreline. The space This Classic New England Home includes: Interior: 5 bedrooms 2.5 baths Sleeps 12: each bedroom consists of- 2 queens 1 queen 1 queen (on the first floor!) 1 king (on the first floor!) 2 twins Exterior: - 500 ft of shoreline from the beautiful Lake Monomonac - Expansive, sandy beach front, includes a dock from the sand to the water. -Beach chairs and towels - 2 adult Kayaks and 1 youth kayak included for use (with 8+ life vests) - Swim, kayak and any Recreation Use of the pool or lake is at your own discretion. - Fire pit with 4 lounge chairs (firewood not included with stay - can be purchased at our local Market Basket or Hannafords) and beach lounge chairs -Pool (can be heated for an extra fee) open Memorial Day through Labor Day -round water trampoline on the lake -Please Read the house rules. You agree and acknowledge to the liability waiver upon booking prior to using the pool, lake and kayaks. -NOISE: There are quiet hours you must abide by as apart of the house rules. In regard to outdoor speakers, they are requested to be kept on low as we have close neighbors and sound travels across water. We request that you respect the serenity of the lake by abiding to our quiet hours and being respectful of your noise levels. No music after dusk, this is a residential neighborhood, please be courteous of the neighbors. PETS: There’s a flat pet fee per visit, and any dog MUST be reported. (1) dog only. MUST be crated while you are not on property, and at night. We do have a dog lead outside for your use. Please respect the space as if it were your own. *High Speed Internet, Outdoor Propane 6-Burner Weber Grill (propane included) , Washer and Dryer, High Chair and Pack 'n Play, Breville- touch screen espresso coffee maker (beans not included) & Keurig (K-Cups are included!) Monadnock 13 miles away Cathedral of the Pine 5.1 miles away Franklin Pierce University 6.6 miles away Mount Monadnock - the 2nd most hiked mountain in the WORLD, and is only 20 minutes away in the neighboring town of Jaffrey. In the winter, most ski mountains are 30 minutes away. Two of our favorite locals include: Wachussett Mountain and Crotched Mountain. The lake, when frozen, is popular amongst locals for ice skating and ice fishing. Head 30 minutes to Keene and find shopping, fine dining, and night life. Peterborough is home to some of the most unique restaurants and hidden gems, including the most amazing steak frites and local oysters from The Pearl!
