Bedroom has a full sized bed, a closet for storage, and several storage nooks and drawer space. A mini refrigerator, microwave and counter seating are also available in the bedroom. Minimal kitchen supplies available (paper plates, paper towels, paper cups, silverware). Bathroom has an antique clawfoot tub with detachable shower head. A washer and dryer is also available for use. Feel free to spend time outside on the side porch surrounded by lush gardens and stone walkways. You are welcome to any fresh veggies that may be in season! We have hammocks and a fire pit available in the outdoor space. Private entry through fence gate. House key is easily accessible in the lockbox on the fence. Convenient street parking along property. They are both very well behaved, but you may hear an occasional "woof!" Guest access Bedroom, bathroom and living room available for indoor spaces. The doors to the upstairs living space and garage will be locked and not accessible to guests. Back yard, side porch and garden space are open for guests to enjoy. Other things to note This is a dog lover's home - please do not book with us if you are allergic! While we aren't downstairs with the dogs often, they do pass through the living room when there are no guests. They may bark when you get here, but should settle quickly. Another thing worth mentioning: this space is a lower level floor of a bi-level house. It generally stays cooler, and there is no thermostat control for guests. There is a space heater to help. It typically stays between 65 to 70 degrees year round (even in winter if we blast the heat, it still stays 65 to 70 and we're sweating it out upstairs 😂).
