The space The accommodation has on the ground floor a fitted and equipped kitchen with 4 seats, a shower room, a laundry room with washing machine and wardrobe, a large living room with sitting area (additional sofa bed) and dining area (6 seats), separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with storage (1 160 cm bed in each bedroom), an open mezzanine. You also have a private, enclosed exterior with garden table, deckchairs and barbecue. Guest access The property is completely independent. Located on our property close to other buildings. The SNCF train station is a 5-minute drive. Shuttles available on request. The nearest shops (Saint Savinien) are a 5-minute drive, 15-minute walk. Super U is a 7-minute drive. The accommodation is in a great location to discover the Charente Maritime: Saintes 20 minutes away, La Rochelle 50 minutes away, Royan 50 minutes away. The entrance to the Île d'Oléron bridge is 40 minutes away, Fouras is 40 minutes away (shuttle to Île d'Aix). Several beaches are accessible within a 35-45 minute drive.
