(a curvy, gravel surface, steep in areas but fine access for all vehicles) • Surrounded by nature • private 'cold plunge' • 5 minute drive from Kootenay Lake • 20 minute walk to nearest beach • 10 minute drive to gas/groceries • 1 hour drive from Creston • many hiking/cycling trails nearby • 15 drive from kootenay lake ferry • Abundant wildlife, birds, etc. • drinkable water - no need to bring bottled • numerous short mountain hikes on property IMPORTANT: to get to our property, you'll be driving on gravel roads for about 6 or 7 minutes. It's very remote. The driveway itself is 1 Km long, and it's quite slow going in places.
