Welcome to our bright and cozy villa apartment! Here you can vacation close to everything – a stone's throw from the Copenhagen Zoo, Frederiksberg Gardens and the subway. We live on the ground floor (high ground floor) of a beautiful villa from 1875, located on a cul-de-sac in a closed neighborhood. Although we live super centrally, it is completely quiet and green. Enjoy our sunny balcony/terrace, which has a staircase down to the most beautiful garden. This is a true paradise for the children with trampoline, playhouse, lots of toys, swings and sandpit. The space To get up to our charming high ground floor apartment, one has to climb one flight of stairs. Upon entering, there is a small hallway that connects the entire apartment. The kitchen and large dining room are two separated spaces located directly opposite each other. The bedroom is located at the end of the hallway close to both the bathroom and toilet. The bathroom is equipped with a sink and bathtub. In the basement there are 2 children's rooms: one with a bunk bed, and the other with a raised bed. There's also the option of putting a mattress on the floor if you need it. From our living room, which is furnished with a comfortable and spacious sofa, there is access to the sunny balcony/terrace. From here, a staircase leads down to our large, lush garden, which invites relaxation and play. Guest access The house consists of 2 apartments - our high ground floor apartment. The children's grandfather lives on the 1st floor. He uses part of the garden and a courtyard that there are no photos of. You can park for free on our road - usually just outside the garden entrance. Other things to note If you need it, you can accommodate an extra child in the children's room on a mattress on the floor. The apartment has as its starting point a bedroom (parents' bedroom), and in the basement (high basement with all windows above ground level) there are 2 children's rooms with space for 3 children. See picture of an alternative bedroom if you have children who need to sleep on the same floor as the parents. We would like to be able to put two mattresses in the small living room in the apartment.
