The Champagne house is located in a small village 5 minutes from the shops (bakery, pharmacy, grocery, butcher, supermarket, etc.), close to the champagne cellars (Sézanne, Epernay, Reims) and the circuit of La Ferté gaucher, 30 minutes from Provins, 1 hour from Disneyland and 1h20 from Paris. The space The Champagne house is rented in its entirety for your comfort: - On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, a vast lounge - dining room, fireplace..., a fully equipped kitchen, wc, a wellness area. - The lounge area has a television, pool table, board games, books, etc. In the dining room, a large family table awaits you for convivial meals. - The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, Nespresso and traditional coffee machine, toaster, etc.). - A large "ESPACE DETENTE" bathroom with SAUNA, whirlpool bath. Upstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms: - A large bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) - One bedroom with 1 double bed - One bedroom with 1 double bed (sofa bed) - One bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 single bed drawers. - A shower room (shower, 2 basins, WC, large cupboard). Bed linen and towels are included. Outside, there is a large flower-filled garden with terrace, ideal for sunny days out and not overlooked.
