You will instantly feel at home when entering into the Early settler's cottage, a warm and inviting space has been created for couples, individuals or families to enjoy. Enjoy the large spacious lounge room with a smart TV and free Wi-Fi, or enjoy a book or cup of tea in the enclosed side sunroom. The kitchen is newly renovated for your connivence with electric cooking, dishwasher and pod machine. Complimenting the kitchen is the inviting dining area. There is split system heating and cooling to keep you comfortable throughout your stay plus evaporative cooling with vents to each room for the summer months. Retire to the three spacious bedrooms that offer the following: 1 x Queen bed, air con vent, clothing storage 2 x Single Beds , air con vent, kids drawing and games 1 x Queen bed , air con vent, clothing storage Other things to note: Laundry with front loader and dryer tower Enclosed front and back yard some smaller holes to front fence if you have a small dog it could escape. no undercover carport but long driveway could fit two cars. Suited to families. Rear lane access if you wish to park your vehicle in the back yard. Pets are welcome but must be house trained and not allowed on furniture. Guest access Entire home and backyard. Other things to note We are a pet-friendly accommodation and welcome your furry companions. To ensure the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that you inform us of any pets accompanying your stay. Please note that pets must be house trained and are not permitted on furniture. Our accommodation is meticulously cleaned and sanitized between stays to ensure maximum hygiene. We value the comfort and tranquility of our guests and the surrounding community. Therefore, we have a strict no-party policy and observe quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Any breach of our noise policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund of the remaining stay or deposit. Strictly no smoking, vaping, or E-cigarette inside the property. Any trace of smell will result in additional cleaning fees being applied.
