Take a break and unwind at this peaceful house, completely renovated in 2024. For added convenience during your trip, linens (sheets and towels) are provided. The space The house has an area of approximately 40 m2 and can accommodate up to 4 adults. The house comprises: - A living room with sofa bed, TV and a dedicated dining area, - An equipped kitchen: stove, range hood, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, tea and coffee available, all the utensils to make good meals but also dishwashing liquid, tea towels and a sponge, - A separate toilet, - A bathroom with shower, towel dryer and clothes rack, - A large upstairs bedroom with a clothes rack, a trunk containing board games and coloring books for children. It is not possible to park your vehicle in the yard. The garden is private, it is not allowed to go there. Guest access You can park your vehicle on the street or in the church square, a 2-minute walk. If you have any special parking needs, please let me know, we'll see what we can do. The house is 12 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 4 km from the A28 motorway exit (quick access to the A10). Other things to note You will be close to all the shops in the city, namely: - Very good bakery (2-minute walk) - Pizzeria (4-minute walk) - Proxi convenience store, open until 8 p.m., even on Sundays (7-minute walk) - Bar/Tobacco open Sunday until 2 p.m. (7-minute walk) - Super U (10-minute walk) - Waterbody (3-minute drive) You will be 17 minutes' drive from Boulerie Jump (Yvré l'Évêque)
