Enjoy a 100 m2 house completely renovated and comfortable. 1 hour from Paris, 30 minutes from Fontainebleau and its forest as well as its castle and 10 minutes from Buthiers and its leisure center and rocks, (by car). The house is located in the heart of the city on the main street (quite busy). Close to the RER D station, the city center, shops and restaurants, which are 5 minutes' walk away. Great for a family vacation in the countryside! Looking forward to welcoming you ;) The space On the ground floor you will find a living room equipped with a connected TV, a 6-seater convertible sofa (140/200 mattress for 2 people) with chaise longue, Wi-Fi and Fiber. With dimmer for a cocooning effect. A dining area with a table with extension. A kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove, oven, range hood, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, raclette machine. A toilet and "cleaning" area with vacuum cleaner, mop, broom and clothes rack. On the first floor you will find a bedroom with dressing room and a 160/200 bed. A fan is available. A spacious bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and toilet. A hair dryer is available. On the top floor you will find an ideal landing for children (or not) with board games and drawing as well as two "twin" bedrooms with single bed and a stick vacuum cleaner.
