One bathroom ! The space Small house, large lot! Called a Rambler, I like to think of my guest “rambling” around Hattiesburg, seeing how special it is and coming back to this house & “rambling “ in its comfort! 😁 The large backyard features a sitting area in front of the large mural of sites in Hattiesburg and a large butterfly. Stand in front and take a selfie. It’s a great area for children to play and to allow pets to roam around. The south side porch is screened to enjoy the outside without mosquitoes! Perfect for morning coffee! TWO bedrooms all outfitted with brand new luxury bedding for a restful nights sleep. The bedrooms are plenty big with good closets & chest of drawers. Roku TV’s in the living room and in each bedroom. An Airbnb before we purchased it, this house was painted inside and out and the kitchen updated by the previous owner (with stainless steel appliances). We added the front porch to make entering the house much easier, as well as outdoor lighting & seating. Inside, we have furnished it with a new coffee bar, new large sectional sofa, new king beds with new mattresses, bedding and other eclectic decor. New full size Washer & Dryer and a set of towels per person including a large bath sheet. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. The HVAC system was replaced in February 2024.
