There is also a outdoor seating area with a fire pit for relaxation. The sunroom is the perfect place to relax with beautiful ocean views while warmed by the afternoon sun. Located around the corner from the Mendocino Botanical Gardens. The house does have both outdoor stairs & spiral staircase The space The house has 3 floors… the 2nd floor can be accessed by the outdoor staircase or by the spiral staircase which is by the game room. First floor has the game room and in the game room is a axe throwing game and corn hole game for entertainment ( they can be taken outside so the don’t damage the walls 🤗) a bar with coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven full size refrigerator and a washer & dryer, the master bedroom with a king size bed & the master bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower. The 2nd floor has the kitchen, large dining area, living room with a large TV and WiFi, the 2nd bathroom and 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed. The 3rd floor is the loft with a queen size bed. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and outdoor areas. Other things to note There is a pet fee and it is billed through Airbnb and it is $50.00 for pets. We do limit it to 3 pets. If you notice anything that needs attention please let us know so we can take care of it as soon as possible! We also have put some colored towels in the game for your pets if you need them.
