Your group will be comfortable and close to everything when you stay at this spacious, air-conditioned and well-appointed seaside home. Located on the water directly across from Taumeasina Island Resort, we are within 5 min drive of Apia township, supermarkets, restaurants, ATMs and petrol stations. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, large living room with a TV, a very large deck meters from the ocean, BBQ, 2 car covered carpark, wifi and free use of kayaks. The space Bedroom 1- garden side, ensuite, 2 bunk beds with a double on the bottom and single on top (max weight for top bunk 75kg) Bedroom 2- ocean side, queen bed and single bed Bedroom 3- ocean side, queen bed and single bed Kitchen- 4 burner stovetop, microwave, BBQ, fridge/freezer, pots, pans, kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, electric frypan, coffee plunger, crockery and cutlery Laundry facilities- washing machine, dryer and portable clothes drying rack. The Pacific Ocean is our front yard. Steps in front of the deck give you water access. Bring your mask and snorkel if you want to explore underwater (turtles are often sighted) or your rod and reel if you want to fish off the reef. We have 3 very friendly dogs on the property.
