This small hospedaje is located in the secret valley of the incas just one hour from Cusco-Peru in the beautiful countryside of Urubamba. Sophia cottage is in the middle of the nature and plenty ways to connect with the surroundings by foot or by horseback. You will find Inca temples, lagoons, big rock formation, all kind of birds, butterflies, flowers and plants. We are close to Ollantatambo a famous historic inca town where you can get the train to Aqua’s calientes the base town for the world wonder Machu Picchu. The famous Inca trail and the Larus trekking start close from the house and a day trip to Maras/Moray and Salineres is worth a visit. Plenty options to get out of the touristic places and wonder by you're self in the nature and the inca history. Chicon mountain is a nice climb for the adventures people and drop down to enjoy the Larus hot springs after the hard work ;) Guest access Guest can enjoy the lovely garden, full equiped vegetarian kitchen, living and ceremonial space :) During your stay We offer Meditation, couching, medicine work with the teacher plants. We can make nice vegetarian meals and superfood smoothies for a fair price. The neighbors make the traditional peruvian food, cuy or lomo saltado to experience the real Peruvian lifestyle. They offer laundry service too. We can connect with good quero’s shamans and shamans from the jungle. We work with them and they can do a coca reading, pago (offering to pacha mama), limpieza (energy cleaning), medicine with teacher plants and other work with you. We have plenty information for you’re stay in Urubamba/Cusco/Peru and can even guide you by one or more day (mistic) hikes or organize it for you. We work with several social project and you are welcome to visit them, do some vulentering work or buy fair trade products of them.
