Simply Sassafras: Tree Fern Suite (self-contained)

A stone's throw away from the main town, this home is tucked away in a no through road with Sassafras Creek running along it. The street turns to forest with many walking tracks and wildlife to be seen! The space The house is sectioned off into 3 areas, 2 being self-contained airbnb suites. There may be guests staying in the Hydrangea Suite during your stay. The Tree Fern Suite is an affordable accommodation option that includes a bedroom (double bed), lounge/dining room, work desk, bathroom and laundry/kitchenette. The laundry kitchenette includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, smart oven, air fryer and sink. Guest access The entrance is through the back yard and the laundry door. There will be a parking spot in the garage. My bedroom is on the opposite end of the house. I have my own door/entrance on this side. My labradors live in this room with me and do not access the back yard. They stay inside and snooze all day.
