Cosy apartment in charming wooden Villa

This idyllic apartment is perfect for a little get-away, while also available for rent during the autumn and winter, October - April, on weekly or monthly basis. Contact me for more information. The old wooden house is located in a calm but central location of Ekenäs. The guest apartment is situated on the second floor. It has a fully equipped kitchen for self catering, a private WC, two cosy bedrooms and a third sleeping space in the hall. The shower is in the shared bathroom downstairs. The space Villa Catani is surrounded by it's magical garden sheltering the property from the neighbourhood. You enter the house via a blue door on the white veranda in the back garden. Your guest apartment is upstairs, while my living quarters are located downstairs. When entering the house you will find the shared bathroom with a shower on the left side. Going upstairs you are in the guest apartment. It has two separate cosy bedrooms, a kitchen, a WC plus a working space and third bed on the landing next to the stairs. This is an open, but cosy space. The kitchen is facing East, so the sun will greet you in the morning. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering. It has a table with chairs, an armchair to relax and space to store your own things. Information about "things to do and see" in Ekenäs and Raasepori are found in various brochures, books and maps. Bedroom 1 is facing North with a small window towards the back garden. The room has a 120x200 bed and space to store your belongings. In bedroom 2 you will find a double bed, plus a cosy little alcove with a single bed in the corner. One guest described it as a cute doll room from back in time. Upstairs on the landing you will find a working space overlooking the idyllic garden, inviting you to reflect and become creative. In the same space a single bed is nicely fitted into the corner. Important! The main door will be locked during the night. You will get your own house key. But you are not able to lock your apartment doors upstairs. Towels are included. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Guest access If you come by bike, you are welcome to lock your bikes in the barn located in the garden. When arriving by car, you may park your car in the driveway next to the house. From the driveway you reach the back garden, where you see the outside sitting area, greenhouse and the barn. You enter the house via the veranda. It has a blue door. Please ring the bell and I will welcome you in and show you around :) Other things to note It is important to me to make my guests feel welcome and comfortable and to enable a unique experience - in short: a stay like "home, away from home". At the same time, this is my home and I expect my guests to treat it with respect and care. It is a house with character: screeching floorboards and thin walls. Staying here may feel quite intimate. My previous guests appreciated Villa Catani as an inviting, warm and friendly home. If you look to stay in a authentic, charming and warm atmosphere, I am sure you will enjoy your stay very much :) The house is located relatively central in Knipnäs with a circa 20 min walk to the central market square. You are welcome to spend time in the garden, where you will find a big table for six people and other smaller seating arrangements to eat, drink and relax.
