The space [Location] Our villa is located about a 5-minute walk from the lakeside road, nestled into the mountains. 5 minutes drive to the nearest convenience store and 6 minutes to Ogino, a well-stocked supermarket. There are many attractions nearby to enjoy, including breathtaking Mount Fuji view spots, beautiful springs fed by snowmelt from Mount Fuji, and amusement parks. Arriving by car is recommended although there is a local bus service nearby. The covered terrace allows you to relax and enjoy the space even on rainy days. 4. Easy access to the famous Diamond Fuji spot, "Nagaike Shinsui Park"! [Activities] - Indoor Sauna Fill the bathtub with water to create a cold plunge pool, and step directly from the bath to the veranda to enjoy a refreshing open-air experience. - BOSE Sound bar The living room features a BOSE sound bar. Connect via Bluetooth and enjoy your favorite music. - Fire Pit A large fire pit is set up at the front entrance, offering a luxurious experience under the stars, gathered around the flames with friends. Access restricted. 1st Floor: Available for use except for designated cleaning supply storage areas (3 locations). Japanese room with "Tatami" is available. 2nd Floor: The number of rooms available for use will be adjusted based on occupancy. Other things to note - Hot water is available at bath rooms and the kitchen, it may take some time to heat up due to distance from the boiler room. - The sauna takes around 30 minutes to heat up sufficiently, depending on the season. After use, please remember to turn off the switch for fire prevention(located on the left side of the sauna room door). - Due to the sauna heater's potential malfunction, pouring water over the sauna rocks is prohibited. - The entrance door may be difficult to close due to its weight. Pushing it in slightly should help secure it. - Please bring your own charcoal, firelighters, and ignition tools for the BBQ. While we provide grills and tongs, guests with specific preferences may want to bring their own tools. Also, only basic seasonings such as salt and cooking oil are provided, so please bring your own. Super market and convenience stores are available nearby. - The balcony railing is scheduled for repair due to aging. Please don't lean on it. - TVs outside the living room is for monitor use only. (TV program is not available) - Please use the rooms cleanly and gather up your trash before checking out. You won't forget anything. - The villa is located in the forest, so insects may occasionally appear. If you find one, please use the broom and dustpan to release it outside. Insect spray is also provided. - Please pack up your garbage when you check out and be sure to check for any items you may have left behind. We cannot be held responsible for any items left behind, as the cleaning company will enter the facility based on the assumption that you have left nothing in the rooms.
