An optional private indoor bath and sauna is available exclusively for your group, with no shared facilities. While arriving by car is recommended, essential shops and supermarkets are within a short drive. The area offers access to iconic Mt. Fuji viewpoints, natural spring sites, and nearby attractions. [Layout & Rooms] The villa features a spacious living and dining area and four bedrooms, designed for comfortable group stays. Mt. Guest access The entire villa is reserved exclusively for your group. To ensure a comfortable and well-maintained stay, a small number of areas are designated for property management and are not part of the guest-accessible space. - Basement The basement level is used for essential utility and equipment rooms, including the boiler area, and is not accessible to guests. - First Floor All spaces on the first floor are available for guest use, except for three small storage areas reserved for cleaning and maintenance supplies. The Japanese-style tatami room is available and prepared according to the number of guests in your reservation. - Second Floor The number of bedrooms available on the second floor is arranged based on your confirmed occupancy. This allows us to prepare the villa appropriately and ensure a comfortable stay for your group. Other things to note As this is a private villa surrounded by nature and designed for a quiet, comfortable stay, we kindly ask guests to note the following characteristics of the property. - Hot water is available in the bathrooms and kitchen. Due to the distance from the boiler room, it may take a short time for hot water to reach the taps. - Drainage capacity is limited. The unit bathrooms on the second floor are for shower use only. Please also avoid running hot water continuously in the main bath on the first floor. - The sauna requires approximately 30 minutes to heat up, depending on the season. After use, please be sure to turn off the power switch located to the left of the sauna room door. - To protect the sauna heater, pouring water over the sauna stones (löyly) is not permitted. - The entrance door is solid and may feel heavy when closing. Gently pushing it in before locking will help secure it properly. - For BBQ use, please bring your own charcoal, firelighters, and ignition tools. Grills and tongs are provided. Guests with specific preferences may wish to bring their own equipment. Only basic seasonings (such as salt and cooking oil) are provided. Supermarkets and convenience stores are located nearby. - The balcony railing is scheduled for repair due to natural aging. For safety reasons, please refrain from leaning on it. - TVs outside the living room are available for monitor use only. Television broadcasts are not accessible on these units. - As the villa is located in a forested area, insects may occasionally appear indoors. A broom, dustpan, and insect spray are provided for your convenience. - At check-out, please gather all trash and ensure no personal belongings are left behind.
