The recently refurbished space is light and airy comprised of a relaxing lounge, functional kitchen, a large bathroom complete with roll top bath and 2 bedrooms. The cottage benefits from a large outdoor space, perfect for your four-legged friends. KITCHEN A large open plan kitchen with dining table that can seat 4 adults. The kitchen includes cooker, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The cottage also benefits from an Nespresso coffee machine. All plates, cutlery and utensils are provided. LOUNGE A cosy living space with 2 comfy double sofas. Large smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime and Disney (own logins required). Large fireplace with wood burner and a range of board games and puzzles. BEDROOM 1 A large front bedroom with king size bed complete with bedside table and lamps either side. Dressing table complete with mirror and a large built in wardrobe. BEDROOM 2 Bedroom 2 can either be made up as 2 singles or 1 double bed. There is a large built in wardrobe with hanging compartments and a small armchair for reading. BATHROOM The bathroom is located on the first floor it is spacious, complete with a free standing roll top bath, separate power shower, sink and multiple storage options. 100% cotton bed linen and large bath sheets are provided. OUTSIDE The cottage benefits from a private front garden laid to lawn with mature shrubs and flowers (not enclosed) and a large courtyard garden (fully enclosed). The cottage has use of a gas bbq, picnic bench and bistro set. There is also a utility room located in the courtyard building, this houses the freezer and tumble drier. The cottage is dog friendly - up to 2 dogs allowed. (There will be an additional £20 cleaning fee per stay payable at the property). Please take note of house rules upon arrival. Guest access Guests have full access to the cottage for the duration of the stay. Guests are also welcome to walk around the grounds of the hall enjoying the private gardens and lake. Please note that Playford Hall, the hall’s courtyard and coach house are private property.
