Newly-built cottage in a rural setting and close to the sea. The space Fully-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. Two bedrooms (one double bedroom and one twin bedroom). There is a possibility to rent a smaller apartment right next door with 2 beds. A washer with a combined dryer is available in the bathroom, which also has a shower. The balcony, equipped with garden furniture, and electric grill is in a westerly position with lovely evening sun. The cottage is newly built in May 2024. It is close to the World Heritage City of Karlskrona for sightseeing and shopping. The nearest grocery store is in Nättraby, 3 km from the property. Access to bicycles and free padel on 3 outdoor courts. Cleaning available for purchase. Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels are not included, but can be purchased for SEK 70 per person and stay. Duvet and pillow are always included. Other things to note There is access to a large parking lot for trailers, caravans, motorhomes or larger vans.
