Newly built seaside accommodation in the countryside

Newly-built cottage in a rural setting and close to the sea. The space Welcome to a modern and well-equipped cottage of approximately 60 sqm, completed in May 2024. Here you live comfortably in a quiet environment with proximity to both nature and the world heritage city of Karlskrona. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds – which makes the accommodation perfect for families, couples or smaller groups. The bathroom is equipped with shower as well as a combined washing machine and dryer. Outside there is a lovely west facing terrace with garden furniture and electric grill, where you can enjoy the evening sun. The property is close to Karlskrona with its sights, restaurants and shopping. The nearest grocery store is in Nättraby, about 3 km from the cabin. As a guest you also have free access to three outdoor courts for padel. Things to know * Cleaning is not included, but can be booked for 600 sek. * Bedlinen and towels are not included but can be rented for 70 sek per person per stay. Duvet and pillow are always included. * There is no possibility to charge an electric car at the cabin. The closest public charging station is at the gas station about 3 km away. Other things to note There is access to a large parking lot for, for example, a trailer, a caravan, a motorhome, or a larger van. There is no possibility for an electric car charger.
