The pool operates from Tuesday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and is closed on Mondays for maintenance. If you plan to use the pool on Saturday or Sunday, please inform us and make the payment in advance so we can purchase a voucher for you. Vouchers cannot be obtained without going through the admin office, which is closed on Sundays and operates only half a day on Saturdays. Payable only thru our GCASH. Other things to note Please be reminded that this is not a hotel but a condominium unit. Kindly manage your expectations accordingly. Reminders; for Guests Registration Requirements 1. Name of all guests with age. 2. One (1) Valid ID of all staying guest. *All requirements listed above must be submitted 2-3days before your arrival for processing of visitor form. Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth experience and avoid any future issues: For Check-in: Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM. Check-in arrangement will be sent to booker on the date of stay. If you have special arrangement needed, do let us know after booking confirmation. For Late Check-out: Late check-out is strictly prohibited. If you check out after 1:00 noon, there will be an additional charge of Php 350 per hour and a fee equivalent to two night's stay will be charged for any check-outs after 5:00 PM. Cooking Inside the unit: It is permissible to cook in the unit, however, only mild cooking is permitted. In case of any unpleasant odor detected, a fee equivalent to the price of one night's stay will be charged. The cooking of danggit and fish by means of frying is strictly prohibited and fine of 5000php if caught . Accommodation Only: We provide accommodation only. If you plan to use the condominium amenities, such as the swimming pool, please review our listing description or ask us to avoid any disappointment. We are not liable for issues arising from a lack of understanding of these details. Pets: Pets are not permitted in our unit in order to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Visitor Policy: Each condo unit has a capacity limit. While we do not restrict guests from having visitors who do not stay overnight, their entry is subject to the condo’s security and management decisions. We are not responsible if visitors are unable to access the unit. Parking: This booking includes the unit only and does not include parking. We offer dedicated parking for a fee but subject on availability, and first come, first served basis (PHP 550.00 per night); please let us know if you wish to avail it. Otherwise, there is paid parking in the vicinity, subject to availability, which is beyond our control. Date Changes: Alterations to your stay dates are subject to availability. If changes are made less than 14 days before your check-in date, a PHP 1,500 fee will apply. Payable only thru our GCASH. Guest List Changes: Once the guest list is submitted and processed, changes or additions to names can only be made up to 3 days before your stay. Same-day alterations are not permitted due to processing requirements.
