Relax alone or with good friends or the whole family in this peaceful place in beautiful surroundings with lots of hiking opportunities. The cabin is small and charming, but very rich in content. With its three terraces in the outdoor area, you can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset. Swimming pool in the garden and several beaches nearby. Grocery store and bakery with delicious baked goods and farm sales are located 400 meters from the cabin. It is not without reason that this place is called "Perlå i Agder". Welcome! 😊 The space The cabin is located in an area with 9 cabins in total. It is a dead end, therefore no traffic. The cabin is peacefully located with a playground and several seating areas and terraces to enjoy views and sun all day long. At the bottom of the plot is a beach line with bathing opportunities in Lygnevannet. Just outside the cabin is a small seesaw and "tennis court"/ball pit for children to play. At "Perlå i Agder" you can enjoy nice summer days with swimming, mountain trips, mushroom and berry picking, etc. Also in winter this is a beautiful place with a short distance (10-15 min) to groomed ski slopes, hiking areas and ski facilities not too far away (20-25 min). Winter can be enjoyed inside the cozy cabin with the fireplace. Within walking distance (400 meters) to grocery stores open almost every day all year round and bakery you have everything you need in the small cozy village Eiken. If desired, Lyngdal is 40 minutes away. Here you will find plenty of cozy shops and shopping opportunities, swimming areas, and a bustling summer life. The yellow cabin (no. 27) is easy to find and is located along a gravel road called Kongenesveien parallel to County Road 42. Parking right next to the cabin makes it easy to access the cabin. Guest access The entire cabin is available for rent, except for the small storage room inside the cabin where we place some private belongings for rent. Other things to note As well as late summer days, the cabin can be used in winter. With cozy cabin comfort in front of the fireplace, board games and movie nights. The surrounding area offers both cross-country and alpine opportunities. The nearest possible cross-country ski trails are in Verdal, 15 minutes from the cabin, or Haddelandsheia, with the same distance. For alpine opportunities, there is Naglestad ski center, which is located 20 minutes from the cabin. While Eikerapen, which is somewhat larger, is 35 minutes away.
